Our Return Policy
It is our commitment to provide unparalleled service. We aren’t happy unless you are which is why we have a 60-day return policy from the date your item was shipped to you.
Except for these reasons below, you have 60 days to return your jewelry.
Free Return Shipping is eligible for US locations only.
International orders also have a 60-day return policy, but customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. If an international shipping label is needed, please contact customer servicereturns@celestejewelry.com or 8888888888. Please make sure to provide your order number and reason for return. We will thus generate a label for you which will be deducted from your refund.
However, engraved jewelry and some custom orders may not be eligible for return.
Completed Shopify Payments and/or Afterpay purchases are only eligible for store credit.
If your item was purchased with a gift card, we will provide store credit.
PREP FOR RETURN
To prep for your return, please make sure that your jewelry is in its original condition and include original packaging, your Certificate of Authenticity, and customer order number. Your item will be inspected for any damage. If your item included a free gift with a purchase, please be sure to include the free item. If not, we may deduct the value of that item from your return. Your refund will be issued to the same method as the original payment. Any other charges will not be refunded.

To generate your return label, click here. Please use the shipping label we provide. If you choose to use your own shipping label, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs, will not be reimbursed for those costs, and we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure a copy of your invoice is included in your return.

STATUS UPDATE
Please allow approximately 10- 14 business days for the refund to be processed. We will send an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
